The WDC2436 is a 24"-wide (along each wall) × 36"-high diagonal corner wall cabinet that turns an awkward upper corner into usable, easy-to-reach storage. It has a single full-overlay solid shaker door on the angled corner face, two full-depth adjustable shelves, and a reversible left / right (L or R) setup. Solid plywood box, soft-close hinges. All measurements are nominal. Allow ±1/8" tolerance. Diagonal corner cabinets need clearance for the adjacent wall cabinets and their doors to open — confirm your corner layout before ordering.
- Box: ½" solid plywood — no particle board. Holds screws well for secure wall-mounting of a loaded corner cabinet, and won't swell or delaminate if exposed to moisture.
- Face Frame: Solid wood, not MDF. Stays rigid and accepts paint well.
- Door: Single solid shaker door on the angled corner face (HDF construction with solid wood shaker profile).
- Hinge: European-style soft-close concealed hinges, 6-way adjustable for fine alignment after installation.
- Shelves: 2 full-depth ¾" adjustable shelves — repositionable for different item heights.
- Orientation: Reversible — installs as a right (R) or left (L) corner setup.
- Interior: Color-matched box and shelves. Door bumpers included.
RTA (Ready to Assemble) is the best value and ships flat-packed, reducing freight cost and damage risk. RTA orders are processed in up to 14 business days before they are ready to ship or collect — though most are ready within 3–8 business days, if not sooner.
Factory Assembled units arrive pre-built and ready to hang — ideal if you want to skip assembly or need a turnkey solution for a client. Assembled cabinets are bulkier to ship, so freight can be higher. Factory assembled orders are processed in up to 21 business days — typically 10–15 business days on average. Can the WDC2436 be installed left or right?
Yes — it is reversible and works as a right (R) or left (L) diagonal corner wall cabinet.
How many shelves does it have?
Two full-depth adjustable shelves. In this corner line, 30" and 36" high cabinets have two shelves; 42" high cabinets have three.
Is a glass door available for the WDC2436?
Yes. A plain glass door (PGWDC36) or a mullion (divided-light) glass door (MDWDC36) can be fitted in place of the standard solid shaker door. These glass doors are being added to the store soon — contact us to order one in the meantime.
Are these cabinets solid wood or particle board?
The box is ½" solid plywood and the face frame is solid wood — no particle board. The door is HDF with a solid wood shaker profile, standard across the industry for painted shaker doors.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unassembled cabinets in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are handled on a priority basis — send us photos and we'll make it right. For returned unwanted items you will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
- RTA orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days (up to 14 business days).
- Factory assembled orders are typically processed in 10–15 business days (up to 21 business days).
- RTA cabinets ship in flat-pack cartons — significantly lower freight risk than assembled units.
- Shipping transit time after processing varies depending on distance from our warehouse locations in Ohio and Florida.
- Warehouse collection is always free. Collections are by appointment only, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, excluding public holidays. Contact us to book a pickup time.
- Factory assembled cabinets may incur higher shipping costs due to volume. Contact us — we can often reduce freight costs on larger orders.
- Inspect your delivery for damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Wall cabinets are usually finished with molding at the top and bottom, plus fillers to close gaps. Most orders for this cabinet include:
- LCM8 Crown Molding — caps the top of the wall cabinets against the ceiling or as a decorative top edge. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- LVC Large Cove Crown Molding — a larger cove-profile crown for a more substantial top treatment, especially on 42" cabinets that run to the ceiling. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- LRM8 Light Rail Molding — mounts under the wall cabinets to finish the bottom edge and conceal under-cabinet lighting. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- WF342 (3") or WF642 (6") Wall Fillers — close gaps between wall cabinets, or between a cabinet and the wall. Both can be trimmed on installation.
- TUK Touch-Up Kit — recommended with every cabinet order. Covers any nicks or scratches picked up during assembly or installation, and normal wear-and-tear over the cabinet's lifetime.
Exposed side?
- DP1236 Decorative End Panel — a decorative "false door" panel matched to this cabinet's 36" height. Dresses an exposed finished side to match the cabinet faces.
Below and above the corner
- AG2418 Appliance Garage — can be installed on the countertop below the diagonal corner cabinet to keep small appliances tucked away. Allow at least 18" between the top of the countertop and the bottom of the cabinet.
