We are an online only retail store based in Pompano Beach, Florida.  All of our orders are processed directly at the manufacturer to save you money.  Orders can be collected or shipped from three locations:

  • East Sparta, Ohio

  • Warren, Ohio
    • 1000 University St NE, Warren, OH 44483
  • Plant City, Florida
    • 211 E Rayburn Rd Plant City, FL 33566

Ready to Assemble (RTA) orders can take up to 14 working days for the manufacturer to process before the orders are ready to be shipped or collected.  However, in most cases these are usually ready within 4-7 working days on average, if not sooner.

Factory Assembled orders can take up to 21 working days for the manufacturer to process before orders are ready to be shipped or collected.  We find that these are usually ready within around 15 working days on average, if not sooner.

Orders that are collected from a warehouse location will be notified as soon as the order has been processed.  Collections can be made by appointment only.  Collection windows are arranged to be between Monday through Friday from 8am to 3:30pm.  We will work with you in arranging this when we reach out to you.

In a rare situation where an item is on backorder, we will communicate this to you as soon as it comes to our attention.  We will work with you to figure out the best path forward.
