All measurements are nominal. Allow ±⅛" tolerance. Consult your designer or installer for exact clearances when planning around soffits, crown molding, and adjacent cabinets.
- Box: ½" solid plywood — no particle board. Holds screws significantly better and won't swell or delaminate if exposed to moisture. Important for the secure wall-mounting of a wide, loaded cabinet.
- Face Frame: Solid wood with a center stile — the vertical divider between the two doors that keeps a wide cabinet rigid.
- Doors: Two full-overlay shaker doors (HDF construction with solid wood shaker profile) that close against the solid-wood center stile rather than meeting butt-to-butt.
- Hinge: European-style soft-close concealed hinges, 6-way adjustable. Fine-tune door alignment after installation.
- Shelves: 2 full-depth ¾" adjustable shelves — repositionable for different item heights.

Why does the W3936 have a center stile?
At 39" wide, a solid-wood center stile runs vertically down the face frame between the two doors. It adds rigidity across the wide opening, and the doors close against it rather than meeting butt-to-butt.
How many shelves does the W3936 have?
Two full-depth adjustable shelves. In this line, 30" and 36" high wall cabinets have two adjustable shelves; 42" high wall cabinets have three.
Is a glass door available?

Are these cabinets solid wood or particle board?
The box is ½" solid plywood and the face frame is solid wood — no particle board. The doors are HDF with a solid wood shaker profile, standard across the industry for painted shaker doors.
How long does assembly take?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unassembled cabinets in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are handled on a priority basis — send us photos and we'll make it right. For returned unwanted items you will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

- Factory assembled orders are typically processed in 10–15 business days (up to 21 business days).
- RTA cabinets ship in flat-pack cartons — significantly lower freight risk than assembled units.
- Shipping transit time after processing varies depending on distance from our warehouse locations in Ohio and Florida.

Wall cabinets are usually finished with molding at the top and bottom, plus fillers to close gaps. Most orders for this cabinet include:
- LCM8 Crown Molding — caps the top of the wall cabinets against the ceiling or as a decorative top edge. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- LVC Large Cove Crown Molding — a larger cove-profile crown for a more substantial top treatment, especially on 42" cabinets that run to the ceiling. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- LRM8 Light Rail Molding — mounts under the wall cabinets to finish the bottom edge and conceal under-cabinet lighting. Sold in 8′ lengths.
- WF342 (3") or WF642 (6") Wall Fillers — close gaps between wall cabinets, or between a cabinet and the wall. Both can be trimmed on installation.
- TUK Touch-Up Kit — recommended with every cabinet order. Covers any nicks or scratches picked up during assembly or installation, and normal wear-and-tear over the cabinet’s lifetime.
