The V3021 is a 30"-wide vanity sink base cabinet — 21" deep and 34.5" tall — built to the standard contractors and designers rely on: solid plywood box, soft-close hinges. No particle board. A decorative false drawer front runs across the top, with the interior left open for a sink bowl and plumbing. Available ready-to-assemble (RTA) or factory pre-built.

Two full-overlay doors. At $290.57 RTA vs. the $509.33 MSRP — about 43% off — it's trade-quality construction at a price that keeps your bathroom remodel on budget.

💡 Vanity Sink Base — False Drawer Front. The V3021 has a decorative false drawer front across the top (non-functional) over two full-overlay doors. There are no working drawers and no shelves — the interior is left open to clear the sink bowl and plumbing. Roll-out trays are not available for this cabinet. Door bumpers included.

Watch a step-by-step walkthrough of assembling your RTA vanity base cabinet. Most cabinets assemble in 15–30 minutes with standard tools.

Note: The only differences from the video are that the V3021 is 21" deep (instead of the 24"-deep cabinet shown) and it has a false drawer front — these are vanity sink base cabinets with no functioning drawers. It's assembled the same way.

All measurements are nominal. Allow ±⅛" tolerance. Confirm sink and plumbing clearances before ordering.

  • Box: ½" solid plywood — no particle board. Holds screws better and resists swelling or delamination — important in the moisture environment of a sink cabinet.
  • Face Frame: Solid wood, not MDF. Stays rigid and accepts paint well.
  • Doors: Two full-overlay doors — HDF construction with a solid wood shaker profile, full overlay.
  • False drawer front: Decorative panel across the top. Does not open — standard on vanity sink bases, where the sink and plumbing occupy the space a working drawer would use.
  • Hinge: European-style soft-close concealed hinges, 6-way adjustable.
  • Interior: Fully open — no shelves, no drawers — to clear the sink bowl and plumbing. Color-matched box. Door bumpers included.
  • Roll-out trays: Not available for this cabinet.

RTA (Ready to Assemble) is the best value and ships flat-packed, reducing freight cost and damage risk. Assembly takes 15–30 minutes with standard tools. RTA orders are processed in up to 14 business days — though most are ready within 3–8 business days.

Factory Assembled units arrive pre-built and ready to install. Assembled cabinets are bulkier to ship, so freight can be higher. Factory assembled orders are processed in up to 21 business days — typically 10–15 business days on average. Contact us — we can often reduce freight costs, especially on larger orders.

  • RTA orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days (up to 14 business days).
  • Factory assembled orders are typically processed in 10–15 business days (up to 21 business days).

Vanity cabinets are usually completed with a few finishing pieces. Most orders for this cabinet include:

  • TK8 Toe Kick — sold in 8′ strips. Installed over the structural toe kicks to cover seams and make the toe kick area one continuous surface across the vanity run.
  • BF3 (3") or BF6 (6") Base Fillers — close gaps between cabinets, or between cabinets and walls. Both can be trimmed in height and/or width on installation.
  • TUK Touch-Up Kit — recommended with every cabinet order. Covers any nicks or scratches picked up during assembly or installation, and normal wear-and-tear over the cabinet's lifetime.

Installing on an island or open run? If the back of this cabinet will be exposed, finish it with:

  • SPW Skin Panel — a 36" × 96" panel that covers exposed cabinet backs. It can be trimmed on installation, depending on the needs of the remodel.
  • OCS8 Outside Corner Molding — covers the raw corner where the back panel meets the cabinet box for a clean, finished end.

End of a run with an exposed side?

  • MVEPBH Matching Vanity End Panel — a decorative panel for exposed vanity sides at the end of a run. Dresses the exposed side to match the cabinet faces for an elevated, premium finish.
