FHB12 - 12" Wide Single Full Height Door Base Cabinet - White Shaker

Note for the FHB12: This cabinet is assembled the same way as the standard base cabinet shown in the video — the only difference is that this full-height door version has no top drawer, so you can simply skip the drawer-box and drawer-front steps.

All measurements are nominal. Allow ±⅛" tolerance. Consult your designer or installer for exact clearance requirements when planning countertops and appliances.

• Box: ½" solid plywood on all four sides — no particle board. Plywood holds screws significantly better and won't swell or delaminate if exposed to moisture.
• Face Frame: Solid wood, not MDF. Stays rigid, accepts paint and stain well.
• Door: Single full-height door with soft-close European hinge, 6-way adjustable. Can be hinged left or right to suit your layout.
• Configuration: Full-height door base — no drawer. One tall, uninterrupted opening behind the door.
• Shelf: ¾" adjustable half-depth shelf.
• Interior: Color-matched box and shelves.
• Door bumpers: Included.

RTA (Ready to Assemble) is the best value and ships flat-packed, reducing freight cost and damage risk. The door hinge direction is field-configurable during assembly — no need to decide at order time. Assembly takes 15–30 minutes with standard tools. RTA orders are processed in up to 14 business days before they are ready to ship or collect — though most are ready within 3–8 business days, if not sooner.

Factory Assembled units arrive pre-built with your chosen hinge direction (Left or Right). Ideal if you want to skip assembly or need a turnkey solution for a client. Assembled cabinets are bulkier to ship, so freight can be higher. Factory assembled orders are processed in up to 21 business days — typically 10–15 business days on average. Shipping time varies depending on distance from our warehouses. Contact us — we can often reduce freight costs, especially on larger orders.

How is the FHB12 different from the B12?
The FHB12 is a full-height door base — it has no drawer. The single door spans the full height of the cabinet for one tall, uninterrupted opening with an adjustable half-depth shelf. Everything else — materials, box, dimensions, hinge options — matches the B12.

Are these cabinets solid wood or particle board?
The box is ½" solid plywood. The face frame is solid wood. We do not use particle board. The doors are engineered HDF (high-density fiberboard) with a solid wood shaker profile — standard across the industry for painted shaker doors.

Can I choose which side the door hinges on?
Yes. RTA units are field-configurable to either side during assembly. For factory assembled units, select Left (L) or Right (R) when ordering — it cannot be changed after assembly.

How long does assembly take?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unassembled cabinets in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are handled on a priority basis — send us photos and we'll make it right. For returned unwanted items you will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
