The BA24 is a 24"-wide angled end base cabinet — a purpose-built transition piece designed to cap the end of an island, peninsula, or cabinet run where a standard square corner isn't practical. No drawers — just a clean angled face with two doors, one adjustable shelf, and deep, accessible storage ideal for larger kitchen appliances, mixing bowls, or bulky items.

At $317 vs. the $556 MSRP, this is trade-quality construction at a price that makes your remodel pencil out. Available plain or with glass door upgrades for a decorative finish.

📐 Where Does the BA24 Go? The angled face frame lets this cabinet slot neatly into the end of a run or island where space is tight — eliminating the sharp 90° corner while keeping the full depth of a standard base cabinet behind it. Common placements include:
  • End of an island or peninsula — creates a finished, accessible end panel without sacrificing storage depth.
  • End of a wall cabinet run — transitions cleanly to an open wall or appliance without a blunt edge.
  • Anywhere a recessed corner creates dead storage — the angled face opens up access to the interior even in tighter kitchen layouts.

The deep interior is a natural fit for stand mixers, food processors, air fryers, and other larger counter appliances you want stored but accessible.

✨ Optional Glass Door Upgrades. Two types of 18"×30" replacement doors are available — you'll need a pair (2 doors) to cover both door openings:
  • PG1830 — Plain Glass Door: Clean, unobstructed glass pane in a shaker-style frame. A minimal, contemporary look that lets you display what's inside.
  • MD1830 — Mullion Glass Door: Decorative divided-light pattern over the glass. A more traditional or transitional look — works especially well with under-cabinet lighting for a showpiece effect.

Both upgrades are available factory-assembled and pre-installed. Select the appropriate variant at checkout — no separate door order needed.

All measurements are nominal. Allow ±⅛" tolerance. The angled face frame reduces the nominal front opening — consult your designer or cabinet installer when planning adjacent runs or countertop cutouts.

  • Box: ½" solid plywood on all four sides — no particle board. Plywood holds screws significantly better and won't swell or delaminate if exposed to moisture.
  • Face Frame: Solid wood, angled on one corner to create the end-cabinet profile. Stays rigid, accepts paint and stain well.
  • Doors: Two full-overlay shaker-style doors (HDF construction). No drawers — the full interior height is available for shelf storage, making this an excellent cabinet for tall items and large appliances.
  • Hinge: European-style soft-close concealed hinge, 6-way adjustable. Allows fine-tuning of door alignment after installation.
  • Shelf: One ¾" adjustable shelf. Repositionable to accommodate different item heights.
  • Interior: Color-matched box; natural finish on interior.
  • Door bumpers: Included.
  • Glass door upgrade: PG1830 (plain glass) or MD1830 (mullion/divided light) — both sized 18"×30" to fit the door openings. A pair of 2 is needed to cover both openings. Factory-installed when selected at checkout.

Both glass door options replace the standard shaker doors with a glass-insert alternative, sized 18"×30" to fit the BA24's door openings. You need a pair (2 doors) to cover both openings.

Both are available factory-installed — select the variant at checkout and they arrive ready to hang. If you'd prefer to add glass doors to an RTA cabinet yourself, contact us to discuss ordering the doors separately.

RTA (Ready to Assemble) is the best value and ships flat-packed, reducing freight cost and damage risk. Assembly takes 15–30 minutes with standard tools. RTA orders are processed in up to 14 business days before they are ready to ship or collect — though most are ready within 3–8 business days, if not sooner.

Factory Assembled units arrive pre-built with standard shaker doors already hung. Ideal if you want to skip assembly or need a turnkey solution for a client. Factory assembled orders are processed in up to 21 business days — typically 10–15 business days on average. Assembled cabinets are bulkier to ship, so freight can be higher. Contact us — we can often reduce freight costs on larger orders.

Glass door variants are factory-only — the glass doors are installed and adjusted at the factory before shipping, ensuring they arrive correctly hung and soft-closing.

Why does this cabinet have no drawers?
The angled face frame takes up the space where a drawer bank would normally sit. Instead, you get two full-height doors and a complete, deep interior — ideal for large appliances, mixing equipment, or anything you want stored upright and easily accessible.

Do I need a pair of glass doors or just one?
You need 2 doors (a pair) to cover both door openings on the BA24. The factory variants already include a pair — no need to order separately.

Can I add glass doors to an RTA cabinet I've already assembled?
Yes, in principle — the door openings accept 18"×30" doors. Contact us to order the PG1830 or MD1830 doors separately and we'll advise on fitment.

How does the angled end fit with adjacent cabinets?
The BA24 is designed to be the last cabinet in a run. The back and sides are standard depth (24"), so it lines up flush with adjacent base cabinets. The angled face simply replaces the square front corner. Your installer will need to account for the reduced face frame width when scribing or trimming adjacent panels.

Are these cabinets solid wood or particle board?
The box is ½" solid plywood. The face frame is solid wood. We do not use particle board. Doors are HDF with a solid wood shaker profile.

Base cabinets are usually completed with a few finishing pieces. Most orders for this cabinet include:

  • TK8 Toe Kick — sold in 8′ strips. Installed over the structural toe kicks to cover seams and make the toe kick area one continuous surface across the cabinet run.
  • BF3 (3") or BF6 (6") Base Fillers — close gaps between cabinets, or between cabinets and walls. Both can be trimmed in height and/or width on installation.
  • TUK Touch-Up Kit — recommended with every cabinet order. Covers any nicks or scratches picked up during assembly or installation, and normal wear-and-tear over the cabinet's lifetime.

Installing on an island or peninsula? If the back of this cabinet will be exposed, finish it with:

  • SPW Skin Panel — a 36" × 96" panel that covers exposed cabinet backs. It can be trimmed on installation, depending on the needs of the remodel.
  • OCS8 Outside Corner Molding — covers the raw corner where the back panel meets the cabinet box for a clean, finished island or peninsula end.

End of a run with an exposed side?

  • DP2430 Decorative End Panel — a decorative "false door" panel for exposed cabinet sides at the end of a run. Dresses the exposed side to match the cabinet faces for an elevated, premium finish.
