All measurements are nominal. Allow ±⅛" tolerance. Consult your designer or installer for exact clearance requirements when planning countertops and appliances.
- Box: ½" solid plywood on all four sides — no particle board. Plywood holds screws significantly better and won't swell or delaminate if exposed to moisture.
- Face Frame: Solid wood, not MDF. Stays rigid, accepts paint and stain well.
- Door: Single door with soft-close European hinge, 6-way adjustable. Can be hinged left or right to suit your layout.
- Drawer: Single full-width drawer spanning the cabinet opening.
- Drawer Box: ¾" solid wood with English dovetail joinery — the same construction found in cabinets costing 3× as much.
- Drawer Glide: Undermount soft-close. Invisible when closed; rated for thousands of open/close cycles.
- Shelf: ¾" adjustable half-depth shelf.
- Interior: Color-matched box and shelves; natural finish on drawer interiors.
- Door & drawer bumpers: Included.
RTA (Ready to Assemble) is the best value and ships flat-packed, reducing freight cost and damage risk. The door hinge direction is field-configurable during assembly — no need to decide at order time. Assembly takes 15–30 minutes with standard tools. RTA orders are processed in up to 14 business days before they are ready to ship or collect — though most are ready within 3–8 business days, if not sooner.
Factory Assembled units arrive pre-built with your chosen hinge direction (Left or Right). Ideal if you want to skip assembly or need a turnkey solution for a client. Assembled cabinets are bulkier to ship, so freight can be higher. Factory assembled orders are processed in up to 21 business days — typically 10–15 business days on average. Shipping time varies depending on distance from our warehouses. Contact us — we can often reduce freight costs, especially on larger orders.
Roll-Out Trays (ROT15) slide in like a shelf but pull out completely — great for pots, pans, and pantry items. Available with 1 or 2 trays per assembled cabinet.
Are these cabinets solid wood or particle board?
The box is ½" solid plywood. The face frame is solid wood. We do not use particle board. The doors are engineered HDF (high-density fiberboard) with a solid wood shaker profile — standard across the industry for painted shaker doors.
Can I choose which side the door hinges on?
Yes. RTA units are field-configurable to either side during assembly. For factory assembled units, select Left (L) or Right (R) when ordering — it cannot be changed after assembly.
Do you carry specialty sizes not found at big box stores?
Yes — specialty widths, heights, and configurations are one of our core advantages. Browse our full base cabinet collection or contact us if you need a size you don't see listed.
How long does assembly take?
15–30 minutes with a drill and rubber mallet. Watch the assembly video above for a full walkthrough.
Can I order a sample door?
Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange a sample so you can match your finish before committing to a full order.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Reach out through our contact page to discuss volume pricing and trade account options.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unassembled cabinets in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are handled on a priority basis — send us photos and we'll make it right. For returned unwanted items you will be responsible for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Base cabinets are usually completed with a few finishing pieces. Most orders for this cabinet include:
- TK8 Toe Kick — sold in 8′ strips. Installed over the structural toe kicks to cover seams and make the toe kick area one continuous surface across the cabinet run.
- BF3 (3") or BF6 (6") Base Fillers — close gaps between cabinets, or between cabinets and walls. Both can be trimmed in height and/or width on installation.
- TUK Touch-Up Kit — recommended with every cabinet order. Covers any nicks or scratches picked up during assembly or installation, and normal wear-and-tear over the cabinet's lifetime.
- ROT15 Universal Roll-Out Tray — the roll-out tray sized for this cabinet. Adds smooth pull-out access to deep base storage, so items at the back stay reachable. Also available factory-installed — see the pricing options above.
- SNGLTRSH Single Trash Can Kit — a Rev-A-Shelf single trash can pull-out that mounts behind the door — turns this cabinet into a dedicated pull-out trash unit. Also available factory-installed — see the pricing options above.
Installing on an island or peninsula? If the back of this cabinet will be exposed, finish it with:
- SPW Skin Panel — a 36" × 96" panel that covers exposed cabinet backs. It can be trimmed on installation, depending on the needs of the remodel.
- OCS8 Outside Corner Molding — covers the raw corner where the back panel meets the cabinet box for a clean, finished island or peninsula end.
End of a run with an exposed side?
- DP2430 Decorative End Panel — a decorative "false door" panel for exposed cabinet sides at the end of a run. Dresses the exposed side to match the cabinet faces for an elevated, premium finish.
